The Pill

— This was part of an experiment to see how far I could go illustrating with as many details as possible. This was the result, I still didn't understand my process and how to achieve many effects that I expected to see in detail, but I think it's a great approach to what I wanted to achieve, challenging myself a bit with the tool, doing more with less. Today I'm sharing it with you, a bit dusting off many works, I decided to start my adventure here with this work, I have some equally crazy things to share and I hope to build more things like this again.

Event Readiness Dashboard

— Setting up an event in In2Event involves interconnected tasks and settings. When essential steps were left until the last minute, our Customer Success team spent valuable time resolving urgent issues I worked closely with the team to define the requirements and readiness logic behind this dashboard. Alongside improved onboarding, it aims to flag events falling behind, surface overdue tasks, and help the team follow up early, with automation where useful. An overview of event readiness helps CS prioritise support and anticipate demand This is an initial MVP that I plan to build with Claude without writing code myself. I’ll monitor how it performs and refine it with the team to reduce last-minute support pressure

In2event — A Clearer Artist Advancing Workflow

— Artist advancing brings together the information and operational steps needed to prepare an act for show day. I designed a responsive workspace that combines artist details, sync status, setup progress, contacts, performers, riders and bio content without losing a clear sense of priority. A guided checklist turns a complex process into actionable next steps, while the mobile layout preserves the same hierarchy for teams working away from their desks.

— One challenge event organizers regularly face? Managing transport for large groups. Introducing the Seat Configurator — a flexible tool that makes it easy to plan and manage seating across different types of transport.
