I think the “M” could use a bit more fluidity. The capital “R” and ampersand flow together so nicely, but the “M” seems a bit out of place. Maybe giving the “M” some softer, more fluid shapes would help. It could also be interesting if the end of the ampersand flowed into the middle strokes of the “M” imo.
